New store or recently remodeled. I believe a store has been here for a few years. Clean. The staff doesn't work as a team. Very... disorganized. Four employees and no one said hello, etc. Only one guy could take my order and he was in the back doingsomething. Manager? asked him to come up front and take my order. Lots of young people who need some training and a leader. Theymade my drink quickly and correctly; and forgot my donut. Kids standing around should straighten lobby while looking forsomething to do. The lobby is hot because of the sunshine. They need to install some sun shades. I'm sure that with a littletime the manager will whip the team into shape. Very tasty and Fresh donuts!
Ordered 2 avocado toast with bacon. Received my food without bacon, called the store, ma Hager came out asking me to talk to him... politely without any apology. The lady threatened to call 911 and both asking don?t ever come back to the store. What?s ahilarious. Poor service ever Read more
I visit this location almost every day and the staff is wonderful. My coffee is always ready for pick up shortly after I order... through the app. George does an amazing job managing his team! The few times I have had issues, George makes it right in apromptly manner. Excellent customer service. Keep up the good work team! Read more

I never write reviews but the food here has a taste of dish soap. I've gotten hash browns and bagel minis here before and they... both tasted like soap? I think it may be a problem with not rinsing well enough after cleaning because I've been to otherlocations and the food tastes fine. I'm just writing this so someone can see my review and address the problem! Read more
I tried the cold brew iced with sweet cream foam, but the foam comes out of an aerosol can that disappeared within 2min. I get... the same thing at Starbucks and the foam lasts for hours. It was disappointing since the beauty of this drink is usually the mixof the sweet foam and dark cold brew in each sip. Read more
