Slowest drivethru in town. I waited 15 minutes in line for a hot latte. Once I finally got my drink, it was lukewarm, not hot.
My wife said the women?s restroom was disgusting. It was so bad that she didn?t want anything from this Dunkin and that?s saying... a lot since she goes to Dunkin every day. She did tell the manager and he sent someone to clean it immediately, so there?s that. Read more
Have given them 3 attempts I have ordered iced coffee with cream and I always order light ice. The coffee is brewed so weak it... taste like extremely watered down milk and almost see through. I know cost of everything is up but seriously this is an awfulpractice so you saved some money using less coffee in the brewer but you?ve lost a customer. So now I just drive a few yardsdown the road to Starbucks I pay a little more but I get a coffee that taste like coffee. Read more
some of the people are usually nice at this location, so that?s why I?m giving two stars. Most of them are rude for no reason??... I paid extra online for butter literally so simple I asked could I please have my butter & this one blonde lady said ?We don?thave any??????? Okay but I asked someone else she had black hair and was so kind. This is the worst Dunkin? I?ve been to. I ordered in the app 10 mins before I arrived and still waited an additional 22 mins. My... hot beverage below lukewarm. WOW! I love this location! The handsome young man that takes my order and helps me at the drive thru is always so energetic and... nice! He always has a bright smile and makes sure my order is right before giving it to me. I get a hot coffee and a donut,typically. The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are hit or miss. Lately they have been good. The young man that is alwaysworking never fails to give me great service. Wish he had a name tag. Read more
I used to work here years ago and this location is close to where I work now It?s now slow and disappointing My sandwich was... burnt and inedible Coffee was decent But they are so slow to take orders either at the counter or drive thru And the drive thruis terrible as well If you?re late for work well?
