The afternoon team here treated me well the other day and I want their next level customer service to be acknowledged! After a... fault of mine in a pre-order in the mobile app (payment wasn?t processed but I didn?t know that until after I drove to pick upmy order), the two at the drive thru window honored the pre-order confirmation on my app. They didn?t have to do that and theseguys are my go-to for coffee from now on because of this great customer service in helping me leave happy. For context, I am allergic to cinnamon. I got a plain bagel here and had an allergic reaction, and I checked the menu afterwards... and saw that they had cinnamon raisin bagels as well. If anyone else has a food allergy, STEER CLEAR! Very much crosscontaminated. Read more

I had a really bizarre experience at this Dunkin yesterday. I was there to use my free drink coupon, which I had earned from... purchases & was excited to use. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window for my iced Pumpkin Spice Latte, the two young meninside were throwing ice at each other & initially ignored me. The young man making my latte was mixing it & half-heartedlyshaking my cup, while throwing ice at his co-worker & onto the floor. He also came up to the drive-thru to put ice down hisco-worker's shirt, while handling my drink & avoiding eye contact with me. Not only was this inappropriate customer service &definitively unsanitary, my latte turned out mediocre at best. It had no whip cream & did not taste like pumpkin--or even tastegood. After I'd sat & waited awkwardly at the window for a few minutes while they deprioritized me & my order, the employeehanded me the latte saying, "Here." Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I rarely treat myself, & the unprofessionalism ofthese two employees ruined what was supposed to be a special treat. I encourage the managers & owners to roll the tape around2:45 PM on 11/2/2021 to review the series of health code violations & OSHA violations that I witnessed firsthand. There are manybetter Dunkin stores in our area whose staff values customer service & quality more than the staff at this location does. Read more

I used to work for Dunkin and I went to this one to get a drink since I haven?t had Dunkin in a long time. I ordered the... pomegranate drink medium. And I was never a fan of green tea so I asked for sweet tea nicely and respectfully and the person whogave me my drink, Gave me a rude attitude and didn?t like what I said. And I?ve seen and done better service than snatching thedrink out of someone?s hand and saying ?just give it? while glaring at me with the rudest look. This location is changing for the better, i believe their a doing a much better job with customer service, the old rude staff is... gone i believe and great job to management to realize that. I encourage the management and staff to continue in this direction.The coffee always taste the same but the donuts don't taste like the one we had in lilburn, Overall my daughter has adjusted tothe taste lol. Thank you the better service and i am sure all your customers appreciate it. Read more
