There?s a new manager in the store named Nicole, and she?s AMAZING. We walked in on a busy night, but we were greeted... immediately and she even let my son draw on the chalk board while we waited. The pizza was done insanely fast and was delicious. There was even a little stepping window for my toddler to watch his pizza be made. We are DEFINITELY coming back this place is10/10. Read more

I?m sorry but this this the worst Dominos I have ever been to! The wait was the wait over 1.5 hours for one pizza. When I walked... in there were over 10 people standing around waiting- some which were told was a two hour wait. Then I look over and this girlwith extremely long fake nails is making pizza without gloves on. She was touching everything in there and the food. Absolutelydisgusting! Read more

Loved the service I had today. The pizza was really good after a long time. I usually switch from Papa Johns's and Domino's, but... the dominos' staff today did a really good job today. The person who did my pizza was Joshua and he made an amazing pizza! Read more

Ordered a pizza and it arrived without cheese. Just the bread and sauce, and the sauce was pooled onto one side of the pizza... box, like they played frisbee with it in my driveway. Called back and the guy who answered allegedly sent a replacement pizzaout which never arrived. I ended up just ordering from Marcos, which arrived without issue. Honestly, covid just gave everyonepermission to be lazy and dumb, with no consequences. How long before companies start maintaining their standards and customerservice again? Read more

Not even deserving single star. Extremely unprofessional. I booked pizza and they gave me 1hr pickup time. I waited 1 hr and... the tracker was not showing any progress. when I reached the shop the order status in their display was showing 1-5 mins when Ichecked in the counter the guy told me to wait for another 1hr. Highly unprofessional people and extremely bad experience. Ihave to cancel the order and return back home. I will advise to stay away from this dominos shop, though other dominos placesare better. I have been customer for years at this location..I placed an order online but I called in advance to tell them to fry the wings... hard and I ordered extra cheese on my pizza...neither were done...I get home and I hit the box on my car door and my pizza wentcrashing to the ground...called to see if I could get a replacement pizza...they said, NO...how is that any different from beingnot satisfied with the order?? When you spend your hard earned money at establishments...they should cut you a break once inawhile...it will be my last time ordering from this location... Read more

For the 4TH time in 3 months I had to drive to the Domino's to get my Pizza. I was told after 2+ hours of waiting that they were... short staffed and only had 1 driver that night.I got their after waiting 2 hours and they said it was out for delivery Onprevious occasions I was able to order delivery and they had no delivery drivers working. I could say it is a staffing shortagesure..... But EVERY other Pizza Store in the area doesn't have that issue. Marco's, Pizza Hut, Even the mom and pop pizza placescan take an order make the pizza and deliver it in under 2 hours. This store is run poorly and the managers have ZEROunderstanding of customer service. I order enough from Domino's to have a free pizza every month. We have Pizza night everyFriday like clockwork. The one this that is going to not happen on Friday nights is we will NEVER be ordering from Domino'sagain. Read more

Through no fault of their own, the staffing issues they have here make it a hit or miss regarding delivery availability. It's... close to impossible to get an actual person to answer the phone. My online carry-out order got canceled while I was en route tothe store to pick it up, text said "please call the store if you have any questions" ...then, as stated, nobody answers,basically on hold with "we'll be right with you!" and music until I arrived at the store. Staff knew nothing about my order, butthe mgr was super cool and they made it on the spot (was a huge $55 order), and she gave me a sweet discount. I could sensetheir frustration with everything ostensibly disorganized, but again it's 2~4 ppl trying to run a busy Domino's with the mgrhaving to drive delivery runs. I worked for Domino's from 2001~2002 then again in 2004. What ever happened to the popularconcept of simply PICKING UP THE PHONE AND ORDERING A PIZZA DELIVERY???? Now it's all this automated online stuff that tends tomake the whole thing a hassle of appetite-killing frustration. But again...I stress their lack of workers as the root cause ofthe problems. If more ppl would get off their a**es and apply for drivers, they'd be surprised at how much $ they make with easeby simply driving around...sure beats waiting tables. I would totally do it if I didn't have a full-time job of 9~10 hour days.In closing, you never know what you'll get...a delicious, perfectly fresh order in a timely fashion...or an aggravatingexperience followed by tepid, not-so-fresh food.
