First time at this location. Food was hot and order was correct. 4 stars because service was slow and it was freezing inside.
I went craving the new strawberry cheesecake stuffed pancakes. They were out of strawberries so at first they were going to make... me order something else until I said I still wanted it. It was very delicious and the waitress was very attentive. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would! Last weekend I made the mistake of thinking coming here was a good idea for... breakfast. We got there early & there were not many cars in the parking lot. We were told by the hostess that the wait was 30minutes even tho there were 75% of the tables in the restaurant were empty. An hour later we received a text informing us ourtable is finally ready. We informed the hostess she sat someone else?s party. She sasses us when we questioned her. She sat usat our table where we waited another 10 minutes before we got a waitress to even come over & greet us. Our menus were dirty, wet& had crayon scribbled on them! Real sanitary. Our drink order was taken & instead of her getting our coffees? she took severalother tables orders. We waited another 15 minutes and the waitress came out & served the table behind us their drinks (theirorder was taken after ours). We walked out & asked to speak to the manager who refused to come out & I responded that if themanager isn?t interested in the cleanliness of the restaurant & the rudeness of his employees perhaps he would be interested inlearning the feedback online. I ordered breakfast and went to pick it up 30 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. Since I know they can... sometimes be a little behind. I got there and waited, but the cashier was telling people that they were extremely behind becausethey only had one cook. She pointed to another customer and said that he had already been waiting 25 minutes for his order. Isaw another customer stop by and cancel his order, because his order wasn't ready. I completely understand that they were shortstaffed, but I decided that I too would cancel my order because I had to get back to work & couldn't wait. I tried to cancel myorder on the app and I couldn't do it. So I asked the clerk if he could help me. He said the manager would have to do it. I saidI understood, she said that she had to take down my phone number and name and that the manager would call me because he was toobusy at the moment. I completely understood and left, I never got a call back. I called again two days later to follow up andtalk to him and again I was told that I had to leave my name and number and wait on a call from him. I found it pointless to goin again personally, and waste my time if no one could help me the first time I was there. So basically I ended up paying foran order that was never fulfilled & no one offered to help ensure I could get my money back. Especially since I was very politeand understanding. Read more
