The customer service is horrible for inside dining. The previous store was bad enough. But this new store is just as bad. Does... this owner not pay or treat his people well? Perhaps that is the problem. As popular and busy as he is, he needs to pay peoplebetter and treat them better if he wants to keep being profitable. I drive all the way from Sugar Hill at least once a week. Perhaps someone should open a location there. I left there, went to Target to shop, and they were covered up with employees. Iam retired, have previously owned two franchised fast food restaurants, and as a retired senior, now work part time at Publixfor over two years. We are we paid and well treated! Read more
I will still give them 5 stats because usually the food is hot and fresh. However, the other night we ordered and spent over... $50.00 and the food was really old. We ordered a 30 count nugget that was pretty hard to chew some of them because they wereold. We had the same issue with my wife's grilled nuggets. The staff was exceptional as always. I waited 28 minutes in the drive thru line while 14 cars went through the line next to me. Only to get home and the order was... wrong, not to mention the size differences in the chicken on the sandwiches. Not happy. Read more
The staff is so nice and the new building is amazing! Fast drive thru experience, lots of parking, and they're serving TONS of... people each hour. I think these bad reviews are just silly people expecting the impossible from a local team. We've also orderedcatering and it was ready on time and a great experience. Read more
