While their efficiency is top notch, and they have super friendly service, our order gets screwed up nearly every time we go. I... miss the Moore Rd CFA so much. I?ve wasted so much food and money going to this place, only to have to toss stuff because Ican?t eat it or we don?t get something that we ordered at all. So disappointing. Worst order fulfillment ever, and when youwant what you paid for, no amount of friendliness or efficiency can make up for wasted time and money. With so many alternativeoptions, I?d recommend a different location. Read more
This location is usually great, but today was a complete miss. Large fries were maybe half full (no we didn't snack), my wife's... sweet tea was unsweet and my Dr. Pepper turned out to be a root beer, both of which we don't drink. Not sure what was goingon... I?ve given this store many opportunities and have gotten my order wrong in some way just about every time. Aside from the... carelessness from the employees, many of the employees are also rude and rush you through the drive thru before you can even askfor additional sauces (that I asked for when the order was placed but were missing from my bag). Super fast and friendly service! The cashier saw I was an overwhelmed mom and was so perceptive, she realized I ordered food and... drinks for the kids and my husband, and asked if I wanted a cup of water for myself. It was so sweet! Chick-fil-A has the bestemployees. Read more
This place is disgusting to say the least. Trash cans are over flowing and people are just leaving trash on the tables. The... staff is not keeping the dining area, register area or what I can see in the kitchen is horrible. There are other pictures andcorporate will be notified today. Bathroom as well is horrible. Never ever have I ever seen a chil fil a like this. One of theteam leaders had walked pass this table pictures 5 times and hadn?t even tried to pick up the trash. Just looks at it and keepswalking. Another worker wipes off 2 tables around this one and just walked off. What the heck kinda Chik fil a is this!!!!!!Along with 5 employee just hanging out at a table outside shooting the breeze. Disgusted and disappointed. My husband and I are vegetarians and ordered a VEGGIE WRAP, loud and clear and was given a... chicken/turkey wrap where my husband had already taken a huge bite. Luckily, he didn't consume it and spit it out. Point is,RESPECT the customers' request for there are many whom are vegetarians/vegans. Employee's name was Tanner. Although we wereoffered a free meal, that's besides the point to our personal/spiritual beliefs and this went against that. No "free meal" canfix that issue. Read more
Update: have given this location so many more chances and every single time it?s as if they soak the fries in grease before... handing them to me and then only fill up half way. This location is a joke. This location has some issues to work out. 2nd timein the past week I?ve ordered a large fry and received half a portion. We also ordered a grilled chicken sandwich last time andthey gave us a spicy chicken deluxe. As you can see from the photo, the large fry is not even half filled and actually has lessthan the medium. Also the fries were soggy and dripping with grease (not sure if you can tell by the picture), inedible. Read more
The service was fast, people were friendly but somehow they get the order wrong almost every time here. I ordered two salads... without chicken, and both were missing the dressing. I believe it is a mistake, but that happened twice already, so not surewhat's going on. Read more
