6/11/22 I've personally never had a bad experience, but when my mom went there at about 9:45, it was totally different for her.... (She walked to the drive thru window as the inside was closed) My order was written in a text message to my mom, and when sheshowed the message to the older man that was taking orders, he claimed to not know/understand what was written (a ChKing DeluxeSandwich and a cheeseburger. I received the normal ChKing sandwich and a cheeseburger) My mom does not speak English well, andI'm unsure if she was discriminated against because of it. Overall, bad attitude and pretty rude. Super super disappointed inour local BK. Will no longer be going there. Read more
Ordered online and ran through the drive thru and got home and one of the burgers was not right and completely lacking... ingredients! Especially considering you cannot add notes I cannot explain why they didn?t put any lettuce, no mustard, and theburger patty was upside down. It was awful. Fries were super hot the way they should be. I prefer eating inside because I want hot food right off the grill and they have a... very good team behind the counter. But this is the first time I?ve been through their drive-through and it was very good aswell. Happy to find someplace open at 10 PM because around here there?s not many decent places I?d recommend, but this is one ofthem. Read more
