The food tasted good but this is the dirtiest Bojangles' I have ever been to. There was a dead roach on the floor.

The only good part of this visit was the fact that the young man at the window was great...he did messed up and gave us an extra... order of large hash browns.....apart from this it was a HORRIBLE experience....ordered 2 sweet potatoes pies, was charged forthem and they didn't have any...but the young man gave us 2 Mac cheese instead.....then the worst part of all...i took ONE bitefrom my sandwich and pulled out A LONG BLONDE HAIR!!!! They don't have employees to open the inside registers. I guess if you drive a truck that won't fit through the drive thru,... you're out of luck. They don't answer the phone. Covid has killed anything resembling customer service. The Gainesville locationis no different. Read more
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE! I Visited this location this past Friday at 9:20am. Completely got my order... wrong, and they topped it off with a hard biscuit and horrible coffee! Threw it all away. I called and a lady answered and whenI ask for the manager, she hung up on me! Then called back a couple of times and NO ONE answered the phone! This issue is stillnot resolved!! Very very slow service. Here for soccer tournament this weekend and made the mistake of going back to this Bo jangle the second... day. Ordered $22.68 food. All the teas were small cups. Had no medium cups. No Tea refills on the counter Gave us Bo roundsinstead of fries. The little pregnant girl with the ponytail said that come with the comb Bo. Not in my bojangles where I live.I get fries with my combos and the service is great. You might want to retrain this store. There were 12 customers waiting forfood with me this morning. Read more
I was excited the other day to see that they are back to normal business hours after struggling with staffing shortages. I... ordered a 12 piece family meal and love that they give the option for all dark meat. I was told it would be 20 minutes toaccommodate my request, so I pulled forward and enjoyed some peaceful reading while I waited. The manager who took my paymentwas warm and friendly. And when my order came out, she explained that they made everything fresh since I had to wait. All of ourfood was piping hot and delicious, even after a 30 minute drive home. Read more
First time at a Bojangles and probably my last. Nothing special here. Had the two piece combo with mashed potatoes and pinto... beans. Nothing was seasoned, very bland. Sweet tea was very blah. Dining room was a mess, employees were wearing dirty streetclothes, nobody in uniform. To top it off, there was no running water in the building due to a busted water pipe by theconstruction crew.
