Very bad service. All I wanted was two ice creams, the guy at the window asked me to pull over so that he can get it outside.... Since it was a drive thru I made way for others. The girl at the icecream was busy serving others who came inside the shop.Absolutely waste of our time. We just kept waiting in the car. Finally the girl came out with the order. A brownie in a cuptopped it with icecream and she said it was a brownie sundae. Gosh they have no idea what they are doing. Poor service, badlymanaged staff! Not coming again. Read more

Ordered 2 large (32oz) milkshakes from here on door dash last night. Probably the WORST $20 I?ve ever spent on milkshakes. First... off, who charges $8 for a milkshake? Steak n? Shake has better quality & charges less. Second off, our milkshakes werecompletely melted & the reese?s Milkshake tasted SOOO bad. Y?all need to step it up. Best part about this B&R is that it have Dunkin donuts outlet as well in same shop. On top of that you can pay by your DD app as... well. This location is very good, stafff is very friendly and patient. They provided as many samples as customer asked for.Clean and tidy location. Great experience. Read more

Ordered a cake from Baskin Robins for birthday party. Owner didn't know what parentheses were. I had to have another employee... call me back that I could speak too. They then called one hour before pickup and tell me they are not going to be able to makethe cake. Called Brusters Ice Cream and they got it done and only was delayed one hour. Read more
If you are ordering a cake for a birthday or party DONT DO IT HERE!! I ordered an ice cream cake for my sons third birthday... online for this store. I paid for it and received a confirmation. When I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, the managertold me it wasn't ready. When I asked him if I could get it later he informed me that he didn't even have a cake to make one! Hefollowed up by saying "I guess I should check the orders hu?" Thankfully the party was the next day and I was able to rush offand find another cake somewhere else. It took me a few days to come and write this review. I wanted to purchase a nice, unique ice cream cake for my daughter?s 14th... birthday. Which is how I chose the seemingly perfect option for the Designer Handbag Cake. First off, the people at the registerkept telling my sister and I that we had the wrong store. That was until I pulled out my phone and shower or root that we indeedhad the correct store. Surprise; it was found in the back! Even after this, I was willing to not make a big deal about it. OnceI got home to set things up for my daughter, I was instantly disappointed in the look. The ?purse handle? had fallen off and hadto be stuck back in.
