The manager on duty was very nice here and the food was very good. We ordered French dips and a chocolate shake. The manager... even helped us out with an issue we had with the mobile app. Currently they are raising money to end child hunger so go aheadand donate a dollar or more. I believe you get a free fry coupon if you donate while supplies last. I wasn't expecting that butit was nice to find in the bag along with our great tasting food. Fast and friendly service. However, the fries seemed like they were not fresh and on the sandwiches the meat was half hanging... off the bread, so I had to readjust everything before i could eat it. Read more
Staff is always courteous and quick. Food is always fresh and tasty. Shakes are insanely frosty. Fountain drinks are always the... perfect mix of flavor and carbonation. Despite being located at a busy intersection and open for dine-in, this place hasrelatively low traffic...which equals a chill atmosphere during dinner hours, hence ideal for a quiet peaceful dinner or acasual date night. I have liked Arby's for years and I don't think I've been this disappointed. Fries were cold and rubbery. No worry I thought,... sandwich is always good. Unfortunately not this time. My Chicken bacon sandwich had a tough cold piece of chicken. So sad, Ireally should have asked for a remake but eh... for an $11.50 meal I expected better. I had a great experience. Humberto was super friendly and professional. Explained that it was going to take and extra 4... minutes to make our chicken tenders and asked if we wanted something different so we didn't have to wait. We gladly waited the4 minutes and the food was great. 5 stars for Humberto! You don't find people like him anymore. Read more
Can?t get a order right Drive thru microphone/speaker is terrible he couldn?t understand anything
