This $13 double cheeseburger had meat that was so tiny. It look like it belonged on a slider. It had been cooked into a hockey... puck. It was barely edible. I showed it to the server and they said yes the photo in the menu was a marketing gimmick. Eventhough multiple times I made them aware that I was not happy with the food. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and it looked like the meat was intended for a slider. The menu said it had two 3 1/2... ounce patties and there is no possible way both of them together weighed that much. Not only were they tiny and cooked into ahockey puck but the fries were cold and the bun was hard. There?s nothing positive I can tell you about this $12hamburger. The manager set us and he was rude. We ordered the combo for appetizer and because they didn't have chips he would let us have... it even tho we said we don't need the chips. Our food was cold. To top it off my wife and I both have food positing and we knowit's from there because it was the last thing we ate and haven't eaten since last night at 730pm. Read more
Went there this past Friday. It was busy, but the girl told us it would be about 20 minutes. We finally got seated and while we... were waiting on a waitress they seated about 4-5 teenage boys together. We waited about 20 minutes and a waitress never came toeven take our drink order, however the young men that were seated after us were waited on. We just got up and left. We wereexhausted and hungry. We ordered 2 sizzling platters as advertised on tv for $10.99. We always order water to drink. We planned on spending around... $25.00 and when the bill came it was $36.00 so we asked for the manager. He was extremely rude, combative and argued when wetried to talk to him. He would not even listen to us, just kept interrupting us. He did not make any adjustment on the bill, sowe paid the $36.00, tipped the waiter $5 and will never go there again. Also advised our 3 children with their families not togo there. Bottom line, for $11.00 he lost 4 families as customers . Maybe they need a different manager!!!!!
