Best ice cream in RI. I've been coming here in the summer on and off for nearly 30 years. As a kid I remember being super... excited that they had real, full sized chocolate chips instead of cheap shaved chocolate in their ice cream. They still do, andthe toppings and mixed in candy are always great quality. It gets a little crowded in the summer and there tend to be a lot ofmosquitoes, but it is still worth the 20 minute drive from my house. That is saying a lot in a state so small. Read more
This a great spot to get ice cream. They have a large selection of flavors! I've brought my autistic sister here a few times... now, and each time we come, we see if we can try a different flavor! :) The only complaint I have is their parking is a bittight, but if you come on a quiet day, then you shouldn't have a problem. I love to get ice cream here! ICM always has quality ice cream and friendly employees. Whenever I want to get ice cream this is... one of first choices. The portions they give out are always very generous and I almost always have leftovers, even when I get akiddie!! I love the fact that there are always plenty of options for both ice cream and toppings. Although the waits can be longthe ice cream is well worth it! The portions are a good size. The flavors are good. The service from those taking/fulfilling orders is good. I think there are... things that should be looked at to improve, though. The lines, when long, go into the parking lot and right into/in-betweenpeople's parking spaces. When we were last there we were between cars when one of the cars left and another pulled in. Anattempt was made to mitigate the safety by calling for people to enter the store (where they have 1 register - the rest arewindows outside) but this did not decrease the lines by much and blocking off those spaces would be the safer option (enoughpeople already park across the street that losing a couple more parking spaces to make things safer wouldn't make much of animpact on business). The other thing I would suggest would be a queue line. It's currently set up that each window has it's ownline and the lines of course move at different paces. A single line leading to the next available window might work better,especially if the previous suggestion is adopted. Read more
Went for the first time on a Saturday evening. Long wait, about 30 min, parking lot jam packed. Ice cream was good but I... couldn't eat it all. We got peanut butter with oreo and birthday bash, cones on top. I wanted a PB milk shake but those aren'ton the menu. Don't bring a large vehicle/dually if you want to easily park and not almost get backed into several times. Had toassist multiple people backing up to leave.??????????????? Read more
This was our first time here and couldn't believe all the flavor choices. I ordered chocolate peanut butter cup yogurt cookie... sandwich and was given chocolate peanut butter chip ice cream. It was melted and didn't stay inside the cookies. If the lineswere not so long I would have said something to the girl about messing up the order. Other than that the ice cream is good! Read more
