This employee named Cameron was very nice. He reached into the back of the donut rack to give me the best donut. He also let me... get a picture, and then gave me a hug! Five stars for the excellent donuts and fantastic service from Cameron. Give this man araise! Read more

Usally good coffee is good food is hit or miss better than most in area some workers are friendly others have an additude

(Thought I posted this back in December) I wouldn't go here if you're on your way to work or on a timed break. A 9 minute wait... for a medium iced coffee! I placed my order on the app at 9am. I walk in to pick up my order and there are six people behindthe counter. Three of which were not assisting with any of the orders at all. If they didn't have uniforms on I wouldn't haveeven known they were employees. There were several customers in line inside. The drive-through was busy but the 2 employeesworking the drive-through were cranking the orders out at a good pace. 9 minutes later, after asking about my order TWICE, Ifinally got my iced coffee. First I was ignored at the front register for over 5 minutes. At one point an employee came out to the register (I later... discovered it was actually the manager) but when I said ?hi? she just turned around and walked to the back. When I was finallyhelped, I was overcharged by almost $1.15 (charged me for cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for, and got, butter only). WhenI brought it to their attention, they first tried to tell me it was the same price. Then, when I used the app to showed them itwasn?t, the manager came out and rudely said ?it?s ONLY a $0.67 difference but I?ll be nice and give you $0.75? and immediatelywalked away from me to the back. Due to the rudeness, I complained to the franchisee owner who basically said she?d talk to themanager but didn?t even attempt to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the many other Dunkin?s in thearea. Read more

I ordered online thru the app, I Waited long time in the drive thru then when I got to the window I was handed a warm not hot... coffee and my dozene of donuts was not ready and they didn't even know about it. I showed them my order on the phone and yesthey messed up my donuts and was given what i didn't order. Read more

Today 5/23/21 the service was terrible. Lady before me and I, only 2 customers in store, waited for counter guy to finish App... coffee orders while other five staff, including blue shirt manager,chatted and cleaned. Messed up lady register amount. Finallygot my hot coffee after new brew batch but poured before complete resulting in very bitter coffee. Odd, never a problem in last50 visits ????. Read more
