Slowest service ever! I was in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and they gave me the wrong order!
(Thought I posted this back in December) I wouldn't go here if you're on your way to work or on a timed break. A 9 minute wait... for a medium iced coffee! I placed my order on the app at 9am. I walk in to pick up my order and there are six people behindthe counter. Three of which were not assisting with any of the orders at all. If they didn't have uniforms on I wouldn't haveeven known they were employees. There were several customers in line inside. The drive-through was busy but the 2 employeesworking the drive-through were cranking the orders out at a good pace. 9 minutes later, after asking about my order TWICE, Ifinally got my iced coffee.
