I will NEVER order from hartleys ever again! There prices have became ridiculous for one. And after tonite nah..i place an order... for 3 chicken tender dinners..she read it back to me and then told me my total..when got here I paid there was only 2dinners..no big deal called them and she said okay which one of the 3 did you not get..again acknowledging it was 3 meals..itold her which one only diffrence in them was the sauces..so she said okay i will have them bring it out to you! About 15 minslater I get a phone call saying how many meals did you order..I said 3 he said okay and you only got 2 i said yes he said wellshe only charged you for two of them so if you want the 3rd one you have to pay for it!! So after confirming the order severaltimes and she still messed up and didnt charge for the 3rd one i have to pay to have my food bcnof there mess up..and not onlythat but everything was gross..the chicken tenders was dried out and cooked in old grease the fries was recooked..the rolls wasold..and camerons Jojos well i did get a pic of them to show everything else went in trash it was not fit to eat. Latelyeverytime I order from that place its been disgusting. And they keep raising there prices..They better do something diffrent orthey wont be open much longer. And to charge a 5$ delivery fee..I used to love there food all of it but now they suck!! Im gladi didnt have the one they didnt bring delivered bc it wasnt worth it. Their wedgies are better than any I've received from any bully. I'd let Hartley's give me wedgies all day. Every employee... belongs on America's next top model and their food is just as beautiful. Recommend 10 out of 10. I love you Hartley's! Thanksfor filling my mouth with flavor Papa John's could only dream of. Read more
Hartley's has always been a favorite place of mine. Contacted them the other day they won't deliver to Ridgeley WV, nothing... across the blue bridge they say. But what's confusing to me is is they'll deliver all the way out to cash valley road up tolavale to corriganville and they'll also deliver over to Wiley Ford but not Ridgely which is a closer distance than most placesthey deliver to!?! Confusing so that's why they get a three-star. Read more
The website lists a Champ pizza with two toppings for $12.95. Even if the price changed, I know the size didn't, and I clearly... was brought a large pizza (round with 12 slices) instead of the bigger square cut Champ with 16 slices. First time ordering from Hartley's. The pizza was a decent size but it was very bland. The cheese all came off in one bite and... not a gooey cheesy way. The wings we ordered, hot & bbq were very good though! They were a nice size & meaty. They also werecooked just right. The staff was very friendly as well. Definitely will order wings from their again but not so much the pizza. Read more
