This place sucks!! Service is horrible. They are supposed to open at 11 and they open whenever they feel like it. I got there at... 11:10, saw the employees sitting and eating, no one opened the door. Finally, got inside and sat for another 10 minutes before Iwas served. Then the server tried to use her hands to scoop my food. Plus, The place is not kept clean. I love Willy?s but notgoing back to this location. Read more

My 2nd time at the restaurant. I always forget about this place even though it?s right down the street from my apt. The 1st time... was delicious and so is today. The food quality is great and fresh with tons of flavor. What stands out most to me about thisplace is the friendliness and happiness of the employees. They also work well as a team and pleasant to one another. I believethe manager who I saw on my 1st visit and again during this visit works the line with his workers and is super pleasant andprofessional. Willy?s is always my go-to for lunch. I?ve gone to so many different locations but this one is my absolute favorite. The entire... staff is kind, courteous and prompt. The manager, Bryan, greets everyone as they walk in and even recalls folks names and meals(he surely remembers mine). Always great service at this location. The food was pretty good and the staff was nice enough. Covid really has made it hard to judge a place. Seemed a bit in need of... some cleaning and tlc. Bowl portion seemed smaller than other places but was still enough. The queso was better than I expectedand was my favorite part. Read more
I generally like Willie?s. It?s good for a quick lunch. Today, I tried their online ordering for pickup. It?s a good system. I... like being able to order and customize my food online. What I didn?t was what was called guacamole but was really pico de gallowith a small amount of avocado included. My entree, a steak salad, was pretty good though. Read more
