Visited Cumberland for the very first time last weekend and we chose this pub for lunch. I was impressed - super friendly and... attentive service (they were busy but so nice!), very clean, fresh flowers on every table! The pub itself has a patio or inside(where we sat) and I enjoyed the art and decor. Great options for vegetarians and some vegan stuff as well as all the usualsuspects. Went for a family dinner on a Sunday evening. Not too busy, service was super friendly and quick. Dinner was very tasty - kids... menu is small but we had 2/3 items and they were both a hit. I ordered something off the seasonal menu (strawberry salad) and itwas really good. I think the Waverley is known more for their nightlife/music but totally met our families needs for a tastyquick dinner in a casual atmosphere. Read more
A real glass Pitcher for beer. Has had a refresh, its all shinny inside now. Best womens washroom in the valley. Very tasty food... menu, best onion rings I've ever had. A modest selection of craft beers. Great historic pub . A roll down Big Screen ProjectionTV has been added to. Read more
Yo nice place, liked the whole vibe and decoration, the servers were nice too and they were playing sports on TV so thumbs up.... Such an authentic poutine with lovely presentation. Have been their many times for Lunch. Fun historic Tavern atmosphere. Friendly attentive staff, always. Diverse menu, greater... that what you would expect when entering. Food has always been spot on here. The Rueben Sandwich is a favorite for me as they doall their smoked meats inhouse and you can tell. Great atmosphere, Great Food, Great Service, Decent value for money spent. Willbe back often. Read more
