The employees at this location are very timely with your order. My order was accurate and I placed my order on the mobile app... for pick and by the time I arrived it was ready and waiting for me to pick it up. It wasn't cold either perfect temperature. It gets worse and worse everytime. I used to drive here even if its not the closest Taco Bell because the one closer to us it... even worse. Most of the items we order have barely any fillings. Burritos and cholupas have barely anything inside and they'reso dry. Everything is stale including cholera wrap. We've complained to the manager in the past, but nothing has changed so thisis the end of our trip for good. Read more

I ordered in detail everything in the app and pulled into the driveway 5minutes after paying for the order to wait 20minutes to... get my order completed. But after getting my bag of food I checked the items and asked if it was completed. The person workingthe window confidently said yes. I checked and there was 2 items missing. Asking for a small bag of chips for compensation shedenied me and said have a nice day. Poor service and didn't apologize for anything. Not the best confidence in this locationwhen i have to sit there and open up everything wrapped to tell them what's wrong with my order. Caused deliver to be backed upand saw other cars leave. Pretty good location. Has a warm and cozy feel to it in a nice area of Culver City. Good food with friendly staff. Could be 5... stars if the parking lot wasn't so small and the exits either to the main street or the side street weren't so narrow making atight exit! Read more
