One star for the staff that are slammed. Zero stars for the phone orders that are ruining this location. The last 5 times I?ve... been here, phone orders take priority and the other customers are left waiting forever and half the time the orders are wrong. Idon?t know if this place has a new manager because it wasn?t like this before. They need to fix this because I?m fed up with it.I went in today and there were 15 phone orders not picked up and they were still making more over the walk in customers. Thisplace has gone down hill. Stopped in with our little Havanese puppy. Just ordered a shaken iced beverage, which was great -- but the barista was super... welcoming to our puppy! Offered a small pup cup, greeted our little guy, and helped him feel immediately welcome. It's always agreat experience when places are overly kind to your dog. I wish I caught the barista's name to give him props here but, alas,all I have to say is that he was a tall and thin guy wearing a knitted hat. Thanks for the first time experience at thislocation! Good service at order counter, less so at pick up. Latte is decent. Outside seating is better than inside, more comfortable... chairs, awesome pepper trees and sort of an East coast look a long the block. Read more
It?s a nice starbucks but I almost ate a piece of glass that was inside of marshmallow-rice bar. Thank you, starbucks. First... time in my life when I had this situation. avoid if you can. slow bar and high density area. mobile orders take 30+ minutes with no apologies.
