I just ordered some pizza and garlic bread. First it took him over an hour. Second the one of the pizzas was covered with ranch... dressing. Not taste the best. Was also a bit cold. Next day need to add. The pizza make the whole household sick with withdiarrhea. Through out the night. Also something I wasn't aware of until later that night . It seems that two of the three boxeswere already unsealed. And not closed properly. I wanted to ???? Papa John's asap. However in the past I had a similar issueand I was told that they couldn't do anything. So this thought I should at least warn people. I out 55 dollars. And got sick.But am still alive. So be safe. UPDATED REVIEW (5 stars): Anytime I've had an issue, their manager Ernest has always made it right. He's so awesome. I've since... stopped ordering from Domino's and only order from here now. Even since that first bad experience they've always taken care ofme anytime I've had an issue. I feel like I'm always treated with fairness here. ***** Previous review below (2 starsoriginally): I usually order Domino's but wanted to try Papa John's' stuffed crust. My order arrived covered in grease. Thedelivery guy tried to conceal it until after I'd already signed for his tip. I submitted a complaint through their website'scustomer service form and the manager called me first thing in the morning to resolve the issue by refunding my money. The pizza is fresh but not delicious . There are few seats but not crowded . The staff is not friendly.
I was very impressed by the customer service from Nick, the cashier. My phone order was altered and he was adept at handling the... situation to make sure I got my pizzas in a timely manner. This is the type of customer service that makes me feel good. Whenthe topic of Papa John?s comes up in conversation, I will tell others about the experience I had at this location.
