I came in for breakfast and ordered a coffee and a sandwich and my wife got oatmeal. The staff was friendly but the coffee I... wanted was out, it took 40 mins to get the food, and the sandwich was missing the egg on it. I ordered online for pickup, got to the location, and waited 23mins. I finally went to the window to ask what happened to my... boss?s order and they said they ran out of soup. I understand that but why didn?t they tel me? The rest of the order was coldby the time they added a replacement and I had to reheat it in a microwave once I got back to the office. RUINED $300 ORDER AND WONT REFUND!!! I called them 16 times over the course of 4 hours nd still to this day cannot get someone... to answer the phone. They FORGOT 7 SANDWHICHES AND 4 COOKIES then to add insulT to inJUry the salad dressing was spilled allover the sandwhiches!! Its not been 12 days and no refund, no contact from customer care. I enjoy eating Panera Bread Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Toasted Frontega Chicken, and today I enjoy eating the Turkey... Sandwich which is really good and healthy. So this is a good place for Lunch. They also have Salads and Soups. You can do InPerson to place an order or you can place an order online. Good place for breakfast. Got the bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel and was made just the way i like it. Plenty of egg and... bacon. The ham, egg and cheese on a Croissant was a bit overdone. Almost burned the bread. Read more
This particular restaurant has gotten worse over time. I don't know if it's new management but the employees have gotten sloppy... & lazy. I've received great food in the past but this one just broke the camels back. I waited over 40 minutes for a soufflejust to receive one with a yellow gooey substance that isn't egg nor cheese.
