First time here and last! Not many options, some look so dry and old.I asked the lady I wanted 2 plates of two entrees and then... she assumed that I wanted the same entree, she never asked. Not really good customer service. I was the only customer there????. Read more
Half the entrees were empty at 5pm. No one cooking more.. the two guys in the back were standing the "on break". Asked if server... Mayda could add some beef to the three pieces of broccoli in the Broccoli Beef and was told "we don't do that". Asked for hotsauce and then got home and found none in the bag. It is incredible that this place of so much popularity and great demand is not careful when it comes to selecting its personnel.... today I noticed that the two employees named Chris and Eusebio were collecting the food, when Chris finished came to me to takecare of me and with so much safety he grabbed the spoons of the food and prepared to serve me without having washed his hands,It is disgusting to see that they do not wear gloves to serve the food, so I plan to ask the health department to do an analysisto the spoons with which they serve the food and force their staff to wear gloves, in the same way Eusebio grabbed my plate offood and likewise after having manipulated money continued grabbing food, I hope someone does something about it. I would neverrecommend this place and of course I will never go back. Read more
This location is just so so in my book. The orange chicken is sometimes a bit overcooked and tough to chew. Occasionally, it's... ok but I try to avoid this one. The honey walnut shrimp is touch and go too. I've now decided to pass up this one here from nowon...I went to this location because it was inside Pavilions and convenient. Read more
