Nice staff? good meat. Ask more spicy and saus, its too blend for my standard.
Really bad costumer service. We came around 5pm on Sunday May 9th 2021. The cashier literally was arguing with me. When all I... wanted was extra meat and they said that I wanted shrimp. First of all I?m allergic to shrimp so why would I order it. And hejust kept arguing saying that I did order the shrimp when I just wanted my money back. Going in person is always best. I tend to order online and picking up is always a drag. The lines tend to be long and there is... no designated pick up area. Their focus is mainly on current customers so I?ve ordered online, came 20 minutes later and theorder wasn?t put in yet so I had to wait in line. Joy. This Mongrill location is located in the food court in the mall of Culver City. The only reason I go to this mall is to eat... here. I rarely come through Culver City and only because I?m usually on my way to LAX to either drop off or pick someone up. Butwhen I have to pick up a leave early so I can go grab a bite at this place. The worst place ever to get food at Fox hills. They give little of noddles. The workers at this place are very rude. Don?t buy... from here. So rude. I just ordered from here and not even half of my plate was full!! Disappointing. The lady who gives out thefood is very disrespectful. She should go through orientation all over again. This meal was super disappointing I looked into the cooking area and all i saw was grease everywhere on the floors walls even... the glass shelves The stove looked like it had not been cleaned the entire day So much burnt food was either left on the side ofthe stove or on the floor The attendant that put our food together Was cross contaminating the sauces and did not wash her handsbefore attending us The cashier did not even greet us and seemed uninterested in her job Read more
I asked the cook to let mine sit a little longer. In like my Mongrill a like charred. Extra chili oil. So yummy. I wish the cook... would clean the grill more often in between so many cooking. That's the reason I give it a three but the food was fresh. Read more
