I ordered from here today and started walking home when they called... me and let me know that a newer employee used the same knife as with regular bread and that they'd make me a new sandwich. I'm sure the workers are doing their best but they are EXTREMEMLY slow. My online order was 25 mins late. Others are waiting 1... hour. Workers don't seem to care. Needs new management! Read more
I am writing this with hopes that it improves the service, attitude and professionalism at this Jersey mikes. A lot of blank... faces, apathetic staff and not a good system in place to take orders. There were probably 10 people working with a few standingaround at all times. Management is needed for this crew. Sandwich was good, but waited 10 minutes, had to ask twice and staffmember gave it to another customer first. Read more
The food is great but I've been noticing over the years that the staff has been having high turnover. The servers don't seem to... have the same enthusiasm or experience of the previous work crew in the past. They did seem a bit overwhelmed with orders anddid not seem like they wanted to be working there. I understand good help is hard to find. Lucky for Jersey Mike's they havegood quality food that still taste great despite the service. Read more
