Incredible service, and the food is to die for. For sure my favourite BBQ spot by mile in Culver. The desserts are so good too,... the peach cobbler is next level. They have great combo plates so you can try different meats, the ribs and brisket are myfavourite. Make sure to order extra Q sauce!! I order from them regularly on Uber Eats, and when one of the orders had an issue,they reached out with a gift card to apologise. Who does that?! We just got our own Holy Cow in Redondo Beach, last night I thought I ordered online for pick-up and when I was about to leave... to pick-up I noticed I accidently ordered it from Culver City location. I called right away and spoke with KC and he repliedwithout hesitation "don't worry sir I will call Redondo Beach and give them the order and you can get your order there!" fourminutes later KC calls me to confirm my order was good at Redondo Beach and said if you have any issues talk to Brian themanager at that location or call me back. You would think this should be a standard practice with other restaurants, but it isnot. I have been told by Chicken M place, sir your going to have to pick up at this location and no we will not cancel yourorder, you have to pick up here...
