I am very disappointed I order a bowl and to be honest what the lady serve me was not close to being a bowl. I bought 2 bowls... and pay 32.00 dollars and this is crazy how they serve me food less than half of the bowl. This is very sad. This is ridiculousnever coming here again. Read more

I tried 3 different times to order on the app. It couldn't understand I was in a different location than my regular location... even though I selected it. It said repeatedly that the item (my saved steak salad) wasn't available, ok, but wouldn't remove itso I could try something else. Out of time, I had to resort to French fries from McDonald's whose app had no problem figuringout I was in a different location not ordering any of my favorites. Read more

My dish didn't even make it to my house before the bag spread open bcus it was soaked. I asked the guy not to put liquid in it... and to drain every item and it's almost as if I told them to add more water to it. When I picked up the bag everything came outonto my car, my consul, my lap and my food was upside down. You guys have got to use better containers for takeout. I understandyou want to use biodegradable for the environment but there are better containers out there than what you guys use. This isridiculous. I want to eat my food; not wear it!!!! So angry !!!! Beware on your orders: Had a bad experience on 02/27/2020 I ordered a chicken bowl to go and after few bites a big insect... crawled out and it is so gross and ended up going back to the store. I spoke to a manager at the store and reported thesituation so they can remove and hold the bad batch they are serving but while I am reporting it they still continue servingto about 5 to 6 people and did not panic about the situation and only tries to give me a refund & a gift card, I declined thegift card and just took my money back and advised the manager to create an incident report just in case there is an allergicreaction. After few hours of reporting it their corporate called me from Ohio only to ask if on how their manager handled theincident also when I mentioned about the bug all she said that their produce are coming straight from the farm to their storesand its normal to have those insects what kind of an answer is that coming from a corporate level. All I want is to give thepublic an alert about this store and maybe the rest of their restaurants and to be aware on what they order and eat. I hope thattheir corporate show more effort and teaching their staff the right and proper way to handle this situation and how to properlyprepare their food before serving it. Read more
