I came So Early to this place, around 4 AM to order food , and I was so Amazed by the Beautiful words by the Employee on the... Window. The employee name was "Susie" who started her greeting saying Good Morning sir, wishing me for a new beautiful day. Whenyou go the restaurants or different places, you would see the crook face and the hard attitude from the employees..... Speciallyin the morning. But "Susie" was something different.... The reason for not five stars is because their respect for others lies on the floor they walk on. I was there 10 minutes to 9pm... last night (8:50pm) when supposed they close at 9 pm. They saw me pull up, and immediately they locked the door. Fortunately,they keep the drive/ thru open. I ordered a vanilla shake which came with whipped cream mixed in with some lint. I also bought 2 burgers and some fries. When I opened the bag there one one criss cut fry on top of the napkins followed by the burgers andthe fries on the side, I tried the fry on top and tasted good although it had most likely fallen on floor because there wascrunchy dirt and lint with it, and now in my mouth. There is a hair in my food. I am calling the restaurant and no one ever answers. This is the second time I?ve gone to this... restaurant only to leave with issues with my food. I will never return to this disgusting place again. But I will be in to getmy money back for this mess. I will be reporting this to corporate. I love a Carl's Jr burger from time to time, but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I stopped in for lunch while I waited for my car to... be cleaned at the car wash next door. Ordered a medium #2 no luttuce, onion, tomato and pickle. Food came out and the onionrings were hardly warm and not even close to crispy...like they usually are. No big deal, I ate them anyway. Went for theburger and noticed no cheese, so I went to get it fixed. The Manger Antonio without hesitation or looking at anything, told meI wasn't charged for the cheese and it would be 86 cents. I tried explaining to him that the #2 comes with cheese standard (like it reads on the menu...w/cheese) and it doesn't say anywhere on the receipt calling for no cheese. He told me if I wantedcheese, I have to pay... overall he was just acting unprofessional and passive aggressive with me for no reason. I am upset atthis point but hand my card over and he charges me .66 not .86 for the cheese. They tried to throw some cold cheese on my nowcold burger, but I asked that they replace it so the cheese will melt. I have been in many types of eateries all over the worldand I've never seen a manager act like this. He made me feel like a criminal trying to steal cheese. This manager hasabsolutely no business being in any kind of management role that has contact with the general public. Made a quick stop and ordered a Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, still delicious after all these years.
