I always am satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. The employees are very friendly and remember you if you come back.... Campos Tacos provides a very comforting feel like when I was at my abuelita's and she would cook. Me and my mom always love togo out most tuesdays to buy their Taco Tuesday deal. The food is okay, there is no bathroom and the customer service is horrible. I guess the chick at the front counter was tired or... having a bad day or both because she is rude. Didn't give me my cup after I ordered and she knew it came with a drink, I had toask for it. Then when I told her a drink came with my order she assumes I want a cup full of ice and coke. No ma'am, you candrink that but I want sweet tea. So she had an attitude making my drink when all she had to do was ask me what I wanted in thefirst place. That's how she could've avoided an error in making my drink. Then when I ask for my free refill she gives meRootbeer when I clearly said I want Tea. I could've made a big deal about my drink since she messed up the first time and had anattitude but instead I'll drink my rootbeer, leave this one star review and not return to this establishment again. My favorite Mexican restaurant chain... Absolutely DELICIOUS! Enchiladas and tamales are my personal favorites. This lucious,... flavorful sauce covers it all with lots of cheese. Chile rellenos and tacos are great too! Light, flavorful rice and beansaccompany the combo plates. Staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the entire menu. I have never in my life been served cheese enchiladas that contained cold shredded cheese. Not a bit of it was was melted... because even the tortilla and sauce was room temp. Enchilada sauce also wasn't good. Rice and beans were fine but again, nothot. BTW, enchiladas were the daily special, and $10!! Also cashier was terrible/totally distracted. I had to order my drink3x because every time she asked and I answered her question, someone in the kitchen spoke to her, and she would ignore me,listen to them, and then ask me yet again the question I'd already answered repeatedly. (It was a Coke, btw, but she couldn'tretain that one word for even 2 seconds. It didn't even involve a choice of size because a medium was included with thisspecial.) I felt about as valued a customer as the garbage can by the door. The food was so bad I threw away half of my food(I was starved and had no time to go elsewhere for lunch, so I ate enough to quiet my stomach and passed on the rest.)
