Ordered via UberEATS so temperature wasn't perfect but I won't blame the restaurant entirely for that. Having said that, it was... still delicious. Got th S.O.B. and Half and Half. I'll have my oven preheated the next time I order to revive the fries butoverall, I loved it. I've been here a few years ago and want impressed but recently their burgers seem tastier and their customer service is... excellent. I feel bad because I planned an order thru a mobile app but cancelled it accidently. I went down to the lounge tosee if I correct it but they had already disposed of that order. Despite this the staff there was extremely friendly andhelpful. They took my order and the wait began. The staff checked up on me often and offered me some water during my wait. Theburgers came quickly as did my shakes. The extra shake was even placed in a little cup for me to take home when out didn't allfit in the regular cup. The burgers were juicy and had a nice crisp crust on the edges that I love! Out was filling and totallyopposite of my experience from a few years ago. I went to Burger Lounge this week and was so dissappointed with the owner. After ordering lunch for my wife and i, I have... attempted to pay $30 with my card but their card slot did not work. Decline is the message we got. We tried a diff card and samething. Owner came and tried his own card but also was declined. I was told the are restarted their system as it is still new.After about 30 to 45 min. Their system did not work and customers ended leaving upset. My food was ready and the least the ownercould of compd the food i ordered for me being loyal and waited so their system could work again. i did not have any cash onme and my 1 year old who was with me with cranky. I ended up leaving Burger lounge without the food i ordered after 45 minbecause the owner refused to comp. That is MARKETING. Its not my fault that your system did not work. During ordering, the cashier was not smart enough to answer a question about the generic fountain drinks with no brand name. I... asked her if "lemon lime" was a regular drink or if it was a soda because I could have gone for a lemonade thing but didn't wanta carbonated drink. She got an attitude and lost my business.
