One of the few places in town with vegan options. The place is always clean and the staff is nice. The manager/owner(?) is very... nice and knowledgeable. The smoothies are good and they have plenty of choices. I go there for the wraps and flatbread. If I could give no stars I would I came here it wasn?t busy at all and they didn?t put any bacon on my sandwich it?s called a... chicken bacon ranch for a reason and I asked for no bananas in my smoothie it even said on the label no bananas and it still hadbananas in it what if I was allergic . I?d give zero stars if I could, the manager is always rude, same smoothie tastes different every time I order it; and they are... horrible about answering phones. I love tropical smoothie, but this location needs work. Read more

Went there last night around 5 p.m. asked if their kids chocolate chimp smoothie had Splenda in it and informed them me and my... oldest daughter have allergic reactions to it....they told me no and that they would rinse out the mixer before making oursmoothies....obviously the chocolate chimp smoothie was made with Splenda ...my daughter and I both are now violently ill...myhusband and other daughter are fine because they do not have the allergic reaction to Splenda...my daughter is still vomiting aswe speak even though she only drank half the kids smoothie because it made her feel bad...we are waiting for the doctor's officeto open so we can get help to stop the reaction...and now because some careless employee she will have to cancel her medicalappointment that took 4 months to schedule because she has to have iv sedation...if a customer tells you they are allergic tocertain foods maybe don't make their food with it and no this is not from using same equipment this type of reactin iis frommaking our food with Splenda . Wow! What a refreshing surprise! Been to other TS locations where the smoothies were not good at all (too icy) and the sandwich... were not fresh. Not so here in Culpeper... staff was friendly, smoothies were amazing, and the chicken bacon ranch Flatbread wasfreaking amazing!! And I wasnt even hungry. ???? well done! Read more
Delicious and refreshing! The tropical smoothie at Culpeper is always kept clean and sanitary whenever I come visit. Customer... service is always satisfactory and drinks usually never take me more than 5-10 minutes to receive. Love coming here to get myBahama Mama or my Avocolada ???? Read more
