Literally just went through the drive thru to order 2 spicy chicken Mac n cheese bowls 1 with extra chicken. The chicken was... hard and obviously old. Out of my entire bowl only 2 had any sauce on them and the same for my husbands bowl. And the extrachicken came in a separate container but not one of them had any sauce on it. Mac n cheese did not seem like that was any goodeither. I didn't even finish cos it was just gross tbh. Who wants old crusty hard chicken and tasteless Mac n cheese? I paid over $55 for a meal for the family. Didn't get some of the order (live 20 miles away-not easy to run back). The Mac and... cheese was inedible. The family size portions are delusional. Tried to call but the number listed is a fax number. So unhappy. Will not be back. Read more
The food was pretty good (fried chicken is delicious by design! LOL) and the service was fast. We picked up food here on... 10/24/21. Unfortunately, the lady working in the drive through needs some serious training in customer service; it?s obviousthat there are no customer-service standards taught, monitored, or enforced at this location. The lady at the drive throughneeds training to teach manners, politeness, courtesy, and how to be professional; whatever work we?re doing, it?s important todo our best! Poor customer service the drive through lady cussing where customers can hear-it. I said to the young lady you really shouldn?t... be cussing where customers can hear it she goes into a speech how she?s an adult I said that isn?t very good customer service.The fries were cold so I asked for new ones well a very uneducated manager brought the fries out to me and started proving shehas very poor customer service skills. Now I understand stand why their employees are allowed to act the way they do. SMH at howlow things have gotten. She also was using the f word.
