Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called and ordered 25 pizzas for an elementary school and asked if they can have... them ready at 1030 24 hours in advance. They told me they could have them ready. Came in to pick them the next day and wasinstantly greeted with an attitude, from what I am assuming is the manager on duty today as she unlocked the front door to goin, young and apparently went to Vinemont High school. I let her know what we were here for and she very rudely said she didn'tknow anything about it and they don't open until 1030. The entire time I spoke to her the had the rudest look on her face andjust really down right disrespectful. Then she presumed to tell me, as she walked away from me trying to explain to her theorder and what I was told yesterday, that I needed to lose my attitude while I was trying to understand her dilemma and ours.I'm am not happy at all with this. This place is going down hill fast. I eat here atleast once a week. First thing that happened was I waited 25 mins for the 2... people in front of me to get their food. Second I waited 15 mins at the window just to have my food be wrong. I ordered a lunchcombo and an Italian cheese bread. And some how ended up with an Italian cheese bread and a crazy bread combo. When I brought itup that it was wrong the lady said oh well that?s what she rang up. This is ridiculous why not just make it right. But insteadjust say oh well and send people on their way. I?m done with this place. As someone that owns a business myself I would nevertreat people that way. Have to remember that service is key. Read more

Take the extra time and go to the in town Cullman location. You?ll actually save time instead of waiting in the long drive thru... for pizza that?s never ready. Went and got a sausage pizza got home and it's got 12 pieces on it. If this is the mostest pizza toppings I had to see normal.
