Did I mention the... best ever chicken and apple sausage that they make from their own recipes. I didn't buy anything because I was looking for organic meat & they don't have it, but the woman at the counter spent quite a... bit of time talking to me about how to possibly acquire it locally - I really appreciated her taking the time. The meat in thecase looked delicious & very fresh, I was sad I couldn't buy any. They also have other things there for cooking and even makesandwiches & such. Fantastic shop! Custom cuts and superior quality. Many items to choose from. For a relatively small shop, there is a lot to... choose from, so take your time and look around. You would be hard pressed to find better meat, reasonably priced, and at a greatlocation. The owners are great and offer amazing service. Easy access off RT 86, so stopping in is worth it. Read more
