We recently ate at Iva Ann’s for the first time. It was FANTASTIC!! Nicely remodeled with great charm. The waitstaff were... very friendly and attentive. We ordered steamed mussels and fried green tomatoes to start. The flavors were amazing and theportions were generous. Next, we had beautiful salads followed by our entrees. We wanted a taste of the south and they nailedit! We ordered the shrimp and grits with a side of collards. Being from the south I know good southern food, but I have to saythis was so different but better than any I have ever had. Stopped by for a quick bite on the run, ordered fried green tomatoes to go. Oh, they were so good!! Perfect mix of crunchy corn... meal outside to tomato ratio. Not greasy at all. Dill and feta cheese dip on top was a nice touch. Love southern inspirationalmenu. Plan to go back regularly. Good prices, fast service. Read more

The experience at Iva Ann\'s is ALWAYS incredible; but I still wasn\'t prepared for the BEST fried chicken dinner of mylife. Crispy, salty, juicy deliciousness - cooked perfectly. Sides aplenty with huge portions: housemade biscuits, mac&cheese,corn on the cob, coleslaw...everything perfect! Not to mention the bliss brought on by the desserts. Even after all that, theBanana Bread Pudding was one of the best things I\'ve ever tasted! And the Mississippi Mud Cake was the perfect combination ofchocolate and happy.
