Cuba, MO subway has horribly rude and incompetent staff. Used mobile app to order a subway club (which is turkey, ham and roast... beef), even paid extra for double meat and all I got was a regular serving of turkey. Called to complain and the male kid whoanswered the phone was impolite to put it nicely. He said I had to bring the receipt and sandwich back in to prove they screwedup and I wasn't just trying to get free food. When I said I couldn't because I didn't have a car, he said too bad then. Nothingthey could do. No apologies or anything- just rude and incompetent. I'm deleting the app and will definitely not be returning.If I could give zero stars I would. Read more

Ordered from the mobile app. Didn't even have a personal pizza made even though it was on the order and didn't bother to follow... any of the instructions for the sandwich. I asked for less banana peppers and less onion with extra ranch. I had to pull onionsand banana peppers off and there was no ranch at all. Read more

The quality and efficiency has really gone down here since Hannah left. She was the one who kept this place together and running... smoothly. Now all sub makers are quite slow and inexperienced. Read more

Employees are VERY rude!! They do not listen and put wrong things on the sandwich I am TELLING them to make. The young lady that... had a one braid in, her braid was all over her shoulder. I was so worried that her hair was going to get in my food the wholetime. Never going back to Cuba Subway again! Read more

The older female manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt bad for the younger employees who had to work next to her.... She threw a tantrum like a child, slamming doors and yelling. She is psycho!! The younger employees who were actually workinghandled it well, sandwich was great. Read more

Today I politely ask them if they were able to break a 100 when I bought something. They apologized and said no. I understood. I... had planed to eat from them while I waited for my laundry but also needed change. I went next door they were polite and unableas well. I figured I would just spend more money at subway and buy for the whole family 35$ or more what ever I had I had to paywe have to eat anyway. If not I was going to pre-order the catering services that I had planed on for the future. The bodylanguage and the your seriously back attitude from the manager has scares me away permanently. This is my second bad experienceas an employee had taken my money that was waiting for me. The the next door laundry Matt quarter dispenser had eaten my money.So they filed my refund away until I returned. I understand that this is alot of peoples first time managers position but itshould be addressed. I would never allow my employees to lose an opportunity to make a sale from a potential customer a secondtime.The boy in the background was very nice. Read more

Their new signature wraps have become my favorite go to item. Enjoy them as they don't have all the bread of their normal... sandwiches, same amount of meat as a foot long but certainly filling without all the carbs. Good value. The customer service ishit or miss. The younger employees tend to want to play on their phones while the older employees are better attentive to thecustomer. Read more
