This is the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever seen. I told the lady at the check out about the bathroom being filthy and she said,... ya, I'll have someone clean it when we get time. Soda was spilled all over the floors, trash under tables, the sinks in thebathrooms were filthy as well as the toilets and the wall from the hand dryer. I was there over 30 minutes and nothing had beencleaned. Another mom was complaining about the bathrooms as well. The soda area was filthy. The floors were all dirty especiallyaround the baseboards and the walls and windows like it never had been cleaned. Shocking for a franchise that prides itself oncleanliness. Read more
What in the world? This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. We stopped for two diet drinks. The person... taking our order at the drive through, apparently, didn't get the order in. We pulled up to pay and the employee had no clue. Worst management ever! We ordered 3 items. When we did not receive one and told the girl who delivered our ice cream cone to our... car, she went to get it The manager came to our car and yelled at us and asked a receipt that we weren?t given to us. Themanager then yelled at us tossed the receipt at us and told us we would have to drive through again to purchase it. It soundslike not a big deal, but to kindly say we did not receive a item and be yelled at twice my management instead of fixing thesituation or apologizing. I ordered an iced coffee. That?s all. Should have been quick but it took about 10 minutes even though there was only one other... person in the restaurant. Sure, the drive-thru was busy, but one coffee should never take that long. Read more
