very rude. Didn't make sure we had everything we wanted just hung up on us. Took a couple minutes after ordering then said... someone was bringing us the food and that took 8 minutes later to see anything and the chick was really rude. I don't recommendthis location for anyone. Read more

Nice staff. Great app. Great service that?s timely and order almost always correct. Cons- hours can vary at closing?or at least... It used to be inconsistent as far as closing time. Probably the worst Sonic I've ever eaten from. Several of their stall kiosks are malfunctioning. Staff seem unable to hear... clearly through the intercoms. Even when they do walk out to my vehicle to take my order face-to-face, they still manage to makeit wrong. The staff themselves seem to struggle with clear communication skills. Slurred speech, interrupting the customer whileplacing orders, repeatedly asking the same questions. Beef patties on burgers taste ruined, outdated, as if not refrigerated.Chicken patties are either overcooked or undercooked. Fries and tots are either cold, or taste like they've been refried. Teatastes soured, not made fresh and/or the kettles are unclean. Sodas are often flat. Overall, this place is run down andseriously behind maintenance. The staff seem checked-out and apathetic...here only for the paycheck. Every sign of poormanagement is present, all the way to providing misinformation to employees. Today, a server told me that Sonic has decided topermanently stop selling Coca-Cola. "That's just what they told me," was her response when I tried to ask for more info. Ifthis is a franchise, the owner doesn't give a flying rip. If corporately owned, then the company obviously has abandoned andneglected it. Either way, it is shameful. Crystal Springs has little-to-no competition for any common market. There's no reasonwhy this store should be struggling for business. Easy profit at its best, and even that seems to be too much for those incharge. EDIT TO ADD: As per the company's response... Would you (the company) like to do something about this? If I am requiredto spend my time navigating an automated telephone system, but to eventually retell this exact same information to arepresentative; then it's pretty obvious that corporate does not take this matter seriously. We ordered the strawberry slush and banana shake through the app. When we got to the restaurant, the girl came out and said, we... do not have banana. No big deal. Changed it to peanut butter shake. She came back and said, we dont have peanut buttereither. Ok, then proceeded to ask for oreo cheesecake mastershake. When she came back and brought the oreo cheesecake shake. She said, oh and our machine is down and we cant make any slushes. (Ok, should have said that at the same time as we dont havebanana or peanut butter shakes) Wasted time. So I ordered Sweet tea. While waiting for my sweet tea, my wife, who ordered theoreo cheesecake shake, said, "this tastes like plane vanilla. I took a sip and sure enough, no oreo or cheesecake pieces at allin it. So when the girl comes back, we tell her and she says "We'll just crumble some oreo pieces on top. Uh...no! This is aOREO CHEESECAKE MASTERSHAKE. It should be FILLED with oreo and cheesecake pieces. Not on top. So she comes back and gives usthe shake and says, have a nice day without checking. The shake had maybe 2 pieces of oreo, and no cheesecake, and STILL tastedlike vanilla. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, cause she got smart with us and said that she would just sprinklesome pieces on top. This has been easily the worst sonic experience ever. Super long wait and most of our drinks were missing. Had to ask for them once the hopper came. I had the number 5 for the first... time and i was disappointed to say the least. I give it two stars only because i got the strawberry slushie.. the best of thebest Read more

We went here around noon on mother's day, and they were out of a lot of stuff, no soft drinks, no chicken nuggets, no ice cream... I mean they were really out of a lot of stuff. The worker said that they don't get their truck until Monday so that was justcrazy I won't be going back there and we left and didn't order anything. Read more
