The chicken is okay, but the wait is long and the lady at the drive through acts like it's torture to take your order. You have... to repeat your order several times. Only the cooks were nice and had to finish taking orders because she couldn't be bothered.We saw several cars leave out of the line without getting anything or being able to pay and we were there for 25 minutes. We walked in while an employee was out front taking a cell phone cigarette break. We stood at the order counter for several... minutes. The employees were filling drive thru order but several of them looked at us not acknowledging we were there. We aboutleft. Apparently the guy out front was the manager and told the employees there were customers waiting from r service. Finally.I ordered a chicken combo and my wife three strips. I paid and in my mind it seemed a little high for the price. I noticed on myticket an additional item so I asked the guy that took my order what it was. Worst place ever! Skip it completely! I live 5 minutes from this Popeyes and drive to Byram or anywhere else to avoid it. It's... horrible. Everyone in town talks about how horrible the service is and noone will do anything about it! Every single time I haveever been through the drive through at this location they were RUDE! It's always been a 30 minute or more wait! They act likethey don't want anyone's business! I stopped for a family member last week because that's what they asked for and again theysaid they didn't have anything cooked it would be a 15-30 minute wait.
