We stopped in midday (on a weekday) for a snack & cold one and sat at the tiki bar, right on the water. In spite of it being a... gloomy, rainy day the views were amazing.???? I ordered a cup of New England Clam Chowder & garlic toast with a draft beer. Thechowder was very flavorful; thick & creamy with plenty of clams. The chowder was warm (not hot) and the beer was cool (not icycold) Service was OK. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. I thought menu items were priced on the high side. To say I was impressed, is an understatement! Started off with the best daiquiri I've ever had, gator bite appetizer, for dinner... crab cakes and fish and chips. Our Waitress was out of this world amazing! I wish I could remember her name so I could give herall the credit she's worth. She was not lying when she said their crab cakes are some of the best, maybe even better than hermama's homemade crab cakes ???? next time I'm in the area, I would love to go again, 10 outa 10 y'all. Hidden gem! I was in town for business, and we knew our food options were limited in a smaller town. Stumbled across this place... on Maps, and I?m so glad we did! Gorgeous patio, friendly staff, yummy food, and a nice drink selection. A little bit tricky tofind but so rewarding. I would not hesitate to come back if I am ever in the area! Read more
This was a very well hidden gem, but was recommended to us by a lady at the manatee place really close by. The atmosphere was... relaxed and had a nice, not at all cheesy, sea vibe. The service was kind and the bartender exuberant. I had the grilledsalmon and double rice. The pineapple salsa added just the right flavor to kick both up a notch. Food was good! 9/10, our fries were barely warm. My husband and I both had the double smash burger. We also had a cocktail,... Kings something punch. It was fantastic! 10/10. Sure cocktails are a little pricey but they are good. Our server only took ourorder and we never saw her again until the end when she asked if we were good? Which normally wouldn?t be a problem but we hadto ask another server to get us our waters. We ordered everything at once because we knew exactly what we wanted right when wecame in. Great place! I wasn't sure what to expect when we drove up. My expectations were blown away. I had one of the best Philly... steak sandwiches I've ever eaten. Steak was tender and the onions and peppers had the perfect crunch. My daughter had anamazing hand breaded chicken breast sandwich and my wife enjoyed her BALT. The service was attentive and friendly. Thewaterfront view was spectacular. We had a short wait to be seated, but there were plenty of chairs on the deck overlooking thewater to keep us occupied. Loved the atmosphere and vibe of the place. Large covered deck on the water and a tiki bar. Went for a work dinner with a large... group. The staff were attentive and friendly, shared the drink specials with us. Food presentation was beautiful. Portions weregreat. Sadly, it didn't taste as good as it looked.The shrimp Alfredo was cold.
