What can I tell you? It was Taco Bell, but a good Taco Bell, responsive, no long wait and the veggie burrito was as always a... price performer, filling and very good. I really appreciate the opportunity to get my receipt and enter it in the app after thefact. Unfortunately there was no receipt on this trip, I thought perhaps it was in the bag but not. The first time we came in we were greeted by friendly staff dancing and laughing with us at the window. We let them know of our... allergies and they did a fine job making safe food for us to eat. We tipped them really well and thanked them so much. Thesecond time we came, totally different staff. They heard our allergies (severe), wrote it right on the board, handed us foodcovered in our allergens we didn?t realize that until we were already home. We handed it back and they remade it. Again wetipped them really well, thanked them for remaking the food. Third time new staff again with one girl from the first experience.Wrote our order right on the screen, we get our order and it is full of meat and cheese. This is unacceptable. We give the orderback to be remade. They remake it, hand us the new order and it still has cheese. They say ?it?s buffet style, we can?tguarantee there won?t be cheese on your food?. Unacceptable. If that is the case, please do not serve us when we say we havesevere allergies and cannot take cheese even touching our food. They offer to remake it again. I said no, politely and droveaway. We will not be returning to this Taco Bell. We are really nice and forgiving customers. But when the same thing keepshappening over and over you have to ask yourself if the negligence is intentional. Can we start off by stating the obvious... When you're starving the tacos are the most incredible thing to put in your mouth.... The fact they brought mexican pizzas back permanently makes it worth the drive.. the money and the wait for the line. 10 starsfor a taco when you're starving! Read more
I think they were short staffed. I ordered using the app and thought it would be ready 20 minutes later. It wasn't so I waited... a couple minutes outside. A nice man brought the order out. The two people I talked to were pleasant but I could tell they wererushing. ----------- Another day 8.22 I ordered online. A party pack, Half crunchy. Half soft. Was not as ordered. Had allcrunchy tacos is some weird shells. All tasted good so we we're happy. Read more
Taco bell is taco bell ???? But you need to Allow extra time to get your food here as their crew seems to be either new or... exhausted.. Not enough employees to fill all the hours needed. Please be patient here. They are really trying their best, theyare only human???? Read more
Food was hot and fresh and I arrived after 10 pm on a Friday night. Ordered some taco supremes to cure a late night hunger.... There was no line. Food came out as ordered(no tomatoes) I?d definitely return to this location. Read more
Would it hurt to be greeted in a cheerful manner? Loved how employee parking is at the front door (4 employees + 1 customer, = 5... cars), not that customers matter to this new generation. If these are best human life forms that could be hired for a nonthinking job, just close the doors Read more
On a pretty simple order of 5 items, they forgot to make our DLT Supreme combo (which we ended up having to wait for... additionally) and completely messed up 2 beef soft tacos, that I paid for and now can't eat. Called them 6 mins later from theroad, was on hold for 20mins and hanged up. What a joke of a fast food place. I will be submitting dispute with my credit cardfor this order.
