Great local brewery in central Florida! Came here for dinner and drinks twice over two days and there is much to speak... about. Their beers are brewed on site and have a mix of light and darker pours, available in growlers and larger sizes. Theirwines are also available, though I believe grown and bottled in a separate facility. The back space is open so that bands andevents can perform and take place. Their food, though covering a lot of cuisines, definitely hit the spot. On top of that, thestaff were friendly and available to assist whenever needed. Would recommend for others in the area! Omg..we moved to Beverly Hills Florida, have been eating around but hadn't found a place we fell in love with..we have now!!!... The beer is made here, Awesome..the wine is made here..Awesome..the food ..amazing. Our server Ashley is great! Found our newfavorite place. 1st visit @ their newest location & its an absolute gem! Great menu w/ delicious food! As ALWAYS, amazing beers & wines,... including the ones we wouldnt normally care for at other places. Been Watching them create this for many many years so was excited to see that they have gotten it off the ground!. First let me... say that the atmosphere is very very nice and the staff is great from the bartenders to Jackie to D our Waitress who wasexcellent. The food is quite good and would expect nothing else from Jimmy (also the owner of Seafood Seller). For the beerssurprisingly really like the Cucumber (Weird I know right). The new outside patio looks great. Hope they figure out how to allowDogs to come (Today not allowed). Definitely recommend the place. We come back to Crystal River every chance we get and have been waiting for this location to open up. They have done a beautiful... job on the building, neat theme. Beer is good and reasonably priced. Have not tried the food yet but I have heard it is good.They are still brewing at the old location and doing small batches at the new as they move equipment over. Great to see thisbuilding come back as it has been sitting idle for so many years. Come out and give them a try! Read more

Hubby and I went today for the first time in the new location and we absolutely loved it! I?m just saying that the Prohibition... Grill put out some amazing food and Copp?s beer was the best! Here?s what we had: Creamsicle cream ale, brewberry cream ale,Spicy Red red ale, and Cool as a Cucumber ale. For food we had Floribbean crab soup which was simply delicious and had plenty ofcrab (we shared as an appetizer). My husband had the Scotch Farm egg which we have never even heard of before and it was so goodand unique and the black truffle fries(they were good but not great as the Parmesan cheese is not mixed throughout and the blacktruffle oil was not a noticeable flavor and they seemed more in line with a $8 price tag not $12). I totally enjoyed thegrilled romaine salad topped with flank steak. The salad was fresh and was served with a big piece of lemon and the flank steakwas cooked perfectly and was very tender. The Caesar dressing was not overpowering and complemented the salad perfectly. Then wewashed all that down with the Sticky Toffee pudding-oh my yum! The service was fantastic and Lyra was great with her timing aswe never had to wait for our beer, or her attention. Do yourself a favor and go support a really great establishment! Read more

Had a great time!!! The atmosphere here is warm and cozy, the staff is helpful and very attentive, and the wine is delicious! My... mother and I tried their selection of sweet wines. The presentation was beautiful. I loved the small glasses each one came in.The samplers were very affordable. ~$1.25 for each sample. We tried the holiday hooch, the bliss, the cherry pie, and thesangria (reg and sparkling). All were very delicious. My mother liked the sangria (sparkling) and I loved the bliss. We likedthem so much we had to get bottles to take home. Their full bottle prices are also affordable. Less than $20 for each one. Forlocal, good quality wine you can't beat that price. I will certainly be back. I'd love to try their other wine selections andtheir wide variety of beers as well. Our one and only complaint was the parking situation. The small parking lot at the locationcan be a bit tight. But you can park across the street if need be.
