Went to Applebee's in Crystal River for their Veteran's Day meal. I was greeted and thanked quickly and sincerely. My wife... and I ordered, drinks and appetizer were brought quickly. Then we dined. All this was pleasantly efficient . I watched asmany Vets were experiencing the same great smiling service. Nice. We were even given a coupon for our next meal. This Veterancouldn't be more pleased. Alexa the bartender was absolutely amazing. Not going to lie I was in a bad mood when my friends brought me out eat, but her... personality is contagious. This girl deserves a raise! Everything is wonderful about this establishment!!! The bartenders (especially the one who works Friday?s and Saturday?s;) ) and... waitresses are so friendly and the managers are always helping! My daughter's, grandson and I had a wonderful experience at this Applebee's location. The hostess was sweet and welcoming, the... appetizers were great, the boneless wings were really good, (none of us were fond of the salty fries or the cole slaw) theambiance wonderful. The hostess sat as at a table where we could watch the remainder of the the Florida Gators game. We hadSabrina for our waitress. We all absolutely adored her. Unlike many in other establishments, she was polite, sociable, and onpoint with her service. We can't wait to go back just to request her again. Sabrina made our experience a very enjoyable one.Thank you Sabrina for being you and for sending good wishes to my ailing mother. Chicken tenders we're dry. Better chicken tenders can be gotten from any local fast food restaurant. Ordered a rare steak which... came out of the kitchen well done. Sent back to the kitchen and they rectified the situation. Service was good and our waitresswas attentive. Fast food establishments would have been on par or better quality than the food served. Other Applebees I havevisited have had better food. Read more
This crew is great! They all do such a great job from kitchen to dining room/bar to patio. The servers here are so nice and... patient. The cooks know what they are doing. Don't forget to Tip your servers, even when you get takeout! Read more
Very disappointed & we will not be returning. We ordered the two for $30 meals. Both of us chose the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp... meal. It was so bland, the shrimp was very small (compared to photo on menu) and it tasted like old frozen shrimp. The chickenhad no flavor at all. Our meals came with a salad, which was good and service was really good. We did complain about the meal,but no one seemed to care. Don't waste your money when there are so many other choices of restaurants. Read more
Staff was fantastic. They're doing their best with a small staff. There was an issue with the food and it was quickly taken... care of. It's Applebee's and don't expect 5 star quality. It's a nice place to sit and catch up with friends. Read more
