I don't know what the deal is with this place now but it was the worst customer service and food quality I have ever... experienced. The girl at the first window was very rude and the all of the food was cold, the meat was dry, and it was verysloppy. On top of it, no receipt(I wonder why?). You guys really need to shape yourselves up. I don't know if I should beconcerned about food safety at this point. If it gets worse, I will go even further to report what is going on. I Uber late at night and I have had it with this Wendy's. They are always closed. Last night I went around 10:50pm the Young... girl told me they are closed early due to short staff. Yet you could see 6 workers in Wendy's. No matter what time I go they arealways closed early. Great way to loose out on money. WORST WENDY'S IN MCHENRY COUNTY.
