We used their food service for Thanksgiving and it was good. The only suggestion is I like scalloped potatoes but theirs had... just a little too much grease or butter! I have not had the food yet and I have no doubt the Easter ham will be quite tastey for the minimal cooking effort. My... complaint is with the pickup process for Easter meals. I ordered online, prepaid and selected a time for pick up. Upon arrival(a little early for my selected pick up time) there is no designated line for prepay orders. Everyone is in one line (prepay,preordered and walk up). After waiting a half hour in line, my qr code is scanned and I am told to wait off to the side whilemy order is put together. Meanwhile, people who came in after me and did not preorder or prepay are picking any wanted sidesand selecting the size ham they would like to purchase from the ready to buy assortment behind the registers. I waited anadditional 10-15 minutes while several customers walked out after arriving after me; all because they did not prepay. Unlessthey come up with a better process for those who plan ahead, do not bother ordering ahead if you plan to pick up your ham acouple days before your planned holiday dinner. Perfect for lunch. So many sandwich and salad shops around and the best one is honey baked ham! Sure they have the delicious... meals to take and make for dinner, but their lunch sandwiches and salads are top notch- highest quality ingredients andcompetitive pricing.
