What can you say. I went through the drive thru and it moved at a decent pace. But my 1/4 pounder was all messed up. The patty... was about 1/2 off the bun and I couldn't really get it back on the bun properly as the cheese acted like glue. The bun wasn'tfresh , the fries were 1/2 hot and the bottom 1/2 was cold. The coke had too much seltzer so to speak because the coke flavorwas VERY weak. Quality is really going down hill. Kind of made me sick as to not want McDonald's again. As an overall for McDonald's I absolutely don't like their menu both online and in the restaurant. Today I walked out due to... the difficulty on trying to place an order. It is more than frustrating. If you don't order on their app you miss theirspecials. However their app is frustrating to order on to say the least. I went across the parking lot to Burger King and Iwas done in less than 2 minutes with a breakfast sandwich that was 2 for $4. So hopefully the ridiculous menu will besimplified. We as customers should be able to be in and out without getting frustrated with their whole system. Oh one morething , this wasn't the first time that I tried to pick up food and changed mind with their confusing app. They need to getsome feedback on both from customers. This particular Mac's in Crystal Lake, IL is pretty nice from the standpoint of drive up. It has a two lane order place. The... people were all polite. Had to wait a few minutes for the food but that was nothing. They directed me to the spots in theparking lot where someone came out with the food. Very quick and good. Super disappointed in this restaurant. Ordered happy meal for my kids and got home only to open it and have mayo, mustard and a... lime inside the box. Disappointed and hungry kids because of it.
