Showed up at 7:35. Over an hour before closing. Ordered Orange Carrot drink. Inwas told by the employee that the machine has... already been cleaned so they coulnt make it. Really. So you turn down business? Maybe post a sign stating some drinks cannot bemade. Drove from Genoa just for that drink only to be turned away due to it being cleaned already? This Jamba needs and UncoverBoss episode. Doubt they would have that excuse for a executive of Jamba Juice. Read more

Second time coming to this location- first time was fine but he didn?t even fill it to the top and left a lot left over to just... throw out. Now this time- same thing (I drank some just now) but I didn?t care because I was more upset that my smoothie wassuper watery. I have never had a watery Jamba Juice smoothie before- I didn?t pay 8$ for juice. Smoothies are suppose to bethick since you?re using frozen fruit. Read more

I love Jamba Juice but the new policy of throwing out the extra in the blender rather than giving it to the customer makes me... sad. $8 plus drink. One star for the Crystal Lake store?s new policy of wasted food. Disappointed. Read more

Was here today and the girl making the smoothies must have been new but that?s besides the point I ordered a PB AND banannna... protein shack and it was given to me 3/4 full and now even cold. The smoothies are great, service is fast. The healthy options are fairly good if you are into greens in your smoothies. The... employees are young but hard workers. Seating is limited but fine for groups of 2-3. Read more
