Grounds Coffee Bar lived up to all of the hype! My Nutella latte was simply out of this world, as was the cranberry-walnut... muffin. The atmosphere and ambience here is fabulous as well. The only drawback about Grounds is the somewhat steep prices. Read more
I live in Crystal Lake and can?t believe today was my first time trying Ground Coffee Shop. Amazing. I tried the thin mint... iced latte (seasonal drink) and it was amazing. For those complaining about the price?..it?s no more than your Starbucks drinksAND you?re contributing to a local shop. Staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Very very cute addition to downtown Crystal Lake! I had even gotten something I didn?t love and the girls were kind enough to... remake a new drink no questions asked. Had a breakfast sandwich and it was good and all of the pastries looked delicious! Lotsof cute stuff to look at and shop from and the couches and tables were very comfortable. Read more
Awesome coffee shop! Grounds serves a variety of tea and coffee beverages in addition to cute seasonal drinks. I love their chai... latte served both cold and hot.
