Well, it's a little hidden from view. It's behind the McDonald's and Super 8 on Crystal Point Rd. Just to help you out finding... it. Otherwise, great experience. Boneless chicken wings were hot and fresh. Plenty of garlic parmesan sauce on them. Hot Friesand a great margarita. The gal I had for service was on top of her A+ game. Waited almost a hour for food. Was told my the waitress our food was given to delivery and they have ton of new people in the... kitchen. So we waited more for the food and tipped well. Once done we ran into the manager, my husband told the manager it tookan hour for food to come and her response was cold and rude, ?yes, we are understaffed like everywhere else? and instead oftalking to us she directed the conversation our four your old daughters. Asking them ?how was the food and service.? Like theyare going talk to a strange rude lady. The whole experience was a bit strange. Server was great but but the kitchen staff definitely got overwhelmed at one point as food was coming out at completely separate... times than the rest of the table and it took a really long time to get our appetizers. Definitely seemed like a managementissue. Read more

Most of the time I love ordering from here, but today on 9/25 at 11:30 pm I tried to place an order for pickup. I was told that... they are closed at 11:00 and they?ve been closing at that time for 2 years now. That is false. The website says 12am and if thatis incorrect it needs to be changed. The worst service i ever experienced. We were party of 4, and 2 already finished their meal before other 2 got their food. On... top of that i had to ask for the food i ordered because just part of what i ordered was brought. I would have been charged forfood i never received if i didn't ask multiple times for it. Waitress was friendly, not sure what happened but I'm verydisappointed and will not be back to this place. Ps. When asked front staff about patio sitting they had no clue even if theyhave patio... We usually are missing something from our order each time. Food is good. But we never get everything we ordered. This time it... was the fries.. and staff initialed that they checked the order.
