Drive through is ridiculous. You aren?t allowed in the restaurant so you have to go through the drive through. Then you aren?t... allowed multiple orders for the same car bc of their ?system? not allowing you to. So we had to drive in circles just tocomplete our 2 orders in the 1 car we came in. Then they didn?t even give us everything we ordered; so we had to go back througha 3rd time. On top of all this, the workers are extremely rude. Dining room was locked although there were about 20 people inside at tables. Also, a couple people on the ground praying on... mats. Someone motioned that they were closed and I only drive through. As much as I have loved this place in the past, the last time I went there wasn?t the best. I ordered ahead of time and they had... run out of 2 of the items (not their fault at all) they graciously gave me other options. They reason I am giving 3 stars isbecause the chicken was not cooked all the way. It was still pink in the middle of the tenders. I am willing to go back and tryagain though! Read more

The food is fine, but the service and what I understand is a "company policy" leaves much to be desired. Went through the drive... through today and had 2 separate orders from 2 totally different people who wanted to pay for their food separately, and theyabsolutely refused. They told us it was a company policy and they had absolutely no way to do it. It doesn't take much thoughtto realize that it would be no different than taking one order and then taking a second order like you would the next car comingup. When I tried to get an understanding of this, the girl interrupted me and said, I'm not going to argue with you - do youwant to order or not? She made us drive all the way around and go back through the drive-through a second time so that we couldplace our 2nd order. Really customer focused! Then after we left, we realized they shorted us an item and we had to go all theway back and drive-through the drive-through a 3rd time.
